We recently added about $16000 worth of the latest cad and cad/cam technology. We draw from the latest in cad programming utilizing Kubotek Keyceator we are able to create files in 2d, 3d, wireframe and solids. With modern translators we accept most drawing formats ranging from dwg and dxf files to Catia and Pro-E.

We have the added capabilities of Featurecam which allows us to simply import parts and produce programs that would be too complicated and costly to do manually. This includes 4th axis work which allows for exact placement of features in relationship to each other around the parts.
We have recently added a program for organizing and tracking material and jobs thru our shop and beyond. It allows for part numbers to be assigned either by the customer or by us to simplify ordering in the future. It will allow us to track specific parts so if there is ever a problem we can identify the problem and take corrective actions immediately. This allows for less down time for the customer.

These programs along with modern CNC equipment allow us to manufacture parts, especially in smaller quantities, at prices that bring considerable savings to our customers.
